We are still improving our website, so by now it is possible to pay by bank transfer and in cash to our courier. We apologise for inconvenience.

After making your order you will recieve a confirmational email in which you will be provided with bank account number. On the given bank account you can transport the total price of your purchase. We add the delivery to total price in the confirmational email, for more information about delivery visit Shipping. All prices on our website are listed in euroes.

After signing up for an account on our website you can add products to the basket, afterwards you can proceed to checkout to complete the payment process. Please, be sure to fill your address and telefone number correctly. After checkout you will receive an email including an invoice and all relevant shipping information.

It is already possible to make an order from our website, however, we have been still improving it. By the moment, you will not see a price for shipping in your order (total price consists from products only). We apologise for inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

After you make an order you will recieve a confirmational email with information about an order and the delivery. Make sure that you filled in your address and phone number correctly. If you are interested in express delivery, answer to a confirmational email.

We send parcels with Zasielkovna, because it is the most convenient transporter for our clients and for us. The price increases with the rise of package weight. As soon as we send a parcel you will recieve an email with a code so you can easily track your parcel online.
